How do I customize my magnets?
It’s easy! Just upload your favorite images on the product page, select your quantity, and checkout. We’ll handle the rest to turn your digital memories into physical keepsakes.
What types of photo magnets do you offer?
JM Magnets specializes in personalized photo magnets. We offer two different shape of photo magnets:
- Square Shape: 5cm x 5cm
- Round Shape: 5.8cm Diameter
What size are the magnets?
Our standard size for square shape is 5cm x 5cm ; round shape is 5.8cm x 5.8cm — perfect for turning your Instagram feed into real-life decor.
What file formats do you accept for photos?
We accept JPG, PNG, and PDF files. For the best printing quality, we recommend using high-resolution images (300 DPI or higher) to ensure your magnets look sharp and clear.
Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?
Absolutely! We welcome bulk orders for corporate events, weddings, door gifts, and parties. We offer special volume discounts and custom packaging to make your event extra special. Contact us at admin@jmmagnets.com to get a quote!
How long does it take to process my order?
Good things take a little time! All orders are processed (printed and packed) within 2 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Note: During peak seasons (like Christmas or major sales), processing might take slightly longer due to high volume.

Can I cancel or edit my order after payment?
Please contact us ASAP! Once production starts, we can’t make changes to the images or design.
Shipping & Delivery
What are the shipping times?
We ship nationwide across Malaysia! Once your order is processed and dispatched:
- West Malaysia: 3 to 5 business days.
- East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 5 to 9 business days.

How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow about 24 hours for the courier’s system to update the status.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we primarily ship within Malaysia. If you are located outside of Malaysia (e.g., Singapore or Brunei), please contact us directly to inquire about shipping availability.
Returns & Issues
What is your return policy?
Because our magnets are personalized specifically for you, custom products are generally non-returnable for "change of mind." However, if your order is defective or damaged, we will absolutely make it right!
What if my order is lost or damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos (for damaged items), and we’ll replace your order at no cost.
